Malorie Sridhar, MD, DipABLM is a board-certified family medicine physician and a diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. Shannon Kusiak, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician. Born and raised in southeastern Michigan, Dr. Kusiak is thrilled to have returned to the area. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has additional certification in Basic, Advanced Cardiac, Advanced Obstetrics, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, as well as in Fundamental Critical Care. She has clinical interest in diabetes care, women’s health, pediatrics, and preventive medicine.

Roger Chen, MD, enjoys all aspects of family medicine and seeing patients of all ages. He emphasizes the importance of preventive medicine and healthy lifestyle choices as key components to maintaining good health. In caring for patients, Dr. Chen stresses patient education, teamwork and informed decision making.
