Not a true Red Ribbon Bakery! I am extremely disappointed. The cake was just okay. They are misleading in claiming to be a Red Ribbon Bakery. They should consider changing the name of the bakery....

Doesn't sell fresh foods, nor return money when customer shows it's bad. Not a real Filipino business selling Filipino treats.

Customer service is lacking & unprofessional. Ube cake is wonderful, (friend shared it) but couldn't pick up my special order cake (first time) because they were closed & didn't call to inform me.
