I've never really had issues at this location. I love the bread bowls. Just hate how expensive the chain is.

They gave me a bread bowl that only had a cup not a bowl with it, and my bread bowl wasn't cut. They just gave me the bread! Plus it was cold. I had to heat up the bread and the soup. Not cool...

I have been a couple times the only issue I have with this location is that chocolate chip cookies can be very hard to bite compared to other locations where the cookie is crunchy but not hard....
