They're always full, 2 hr long lines, and bad at sticking your arm (likely to bruise). Their app also sucks compared to BioLife and CSL, and will lock you out, forcing you to see a nurse to fix it...

Excellent staff. Love helping others for a good cause donating your plasma received 100$ per donation for the 1st 7 donations.
