Core Electric Company was formed in 1976 to provide Michigan industry with quality repair and reconditioning of electric motors. Core Electric has the experience and capability to repair almost any piece of electrical equipment whether in-house or on-site. In 1984, to further meet our customer's needs, we expanded with our pump repair division, Michigan Pump. With the growth of pump repair and the increase of our machining capabilities, in 1985, we moved to our present location in in MelvindaleMI, a 22, 000 square foot facility. Five years later we acquired the adjacent property, increasing our combined facilities to more than 42, 000 square feet.
