New Horizons Rehabilitation Services is a private, nonprofit organization, serving people throughout southeastern Michigan. New Horizons' roots date back to 1964 when three volunteers from the Junior League of Birmingham saw a need in the community for a place that would provide job skills and meaningful employment for people with disabilities.
