The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Michigan State University is dedicated to addressing contemporary challenges in food production, safety, health applications, and chronic disease prevention. With nearly 40 faculty members and over 500 undergraduate students, the department offers nationally recognized academic programs in Dietetics, Food Science, and Nutritional Sciences.
