This bank has great amenities but the staff is very rude and unwelcoming. If it wasn't so close to my house I would bank elsewhere and probably will eventually be taking my money somewhere else in...

It takes at least 20 minutes on hold every time to talk to someone, if you leave a message instead, it's taken hours to return the call, and there's always some bogus fee for something. Don't even...
