So rude. Took my kids to get shellac and just chipped the same day. Took them back and the lady started yelling and saying my kids are peeling the. Ummm no-my girls are 10... they know better....

So disappointed. I have been coming here for years. Totally slop job today. I can see unpolished parts on toes AND still have a spot with old hot pink polish on it, second toe from the right.

A dip manicure. Was lumpy and thick looked ridiculous. I have Band-Aids all over my fingers because she cut my fingers and buffed the skin right off my knuckles.

First time trying this place and went in for a pedicure. Nails were not trimmed evenly, cuticles weren't touched. Was looking for someone to take pride in their work and did not find it here....
