Melissa A. Goedtel, MD

Originally from the East Coast, Dr. Cooke grew up and attended college in Delaware. She completed her medical school education at the University of Virginia in 1999. After medical school, she relocated to Michigan with her husband and completed her pediatrics residency training at the University of Michigan. She joined this practice (originally named Primary Pediatrics) in 2002 and has been a partner ever since. She derives the greatest satisfaction from working with her dedicated colleagues and staff and developing long-term relationships with her patients and their families. She enjoys helping them understand their child’s growth and development and caring for them through any health challenges. Dr. Cooke has 2 adult children and lives with her husband in Ann Arbor. She enjoys reading, meditation, Pilates, backyard birdwatching and nature walks with friends.

Allison Kreske, MD, FACOG, is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and joined Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Obstetrics & Gynecology - Domino's Farms in 2000. Dr. Kreske’s clinical interests include prevention of chronic women’s health issues and the education of women throughout their reproductive years.

Dorian Moore, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician. She graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1991. Her residency in internal medicine was at St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Moore has worked in the Ann Arbor area for more than 16 years and is on the board of directors for Arbor Hospice and the Ann Arbor African American Endowment Fund. She is medical director at Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Domino's Farms.
