Knowing that he can have a real impact on someone’s life, Dr Morgan always strives to provide the best possible care, using the most up-to-date information, technology, and techniques to help people return to their lives as quickly as possible. He chose to specialize in neurocritical care so he could focus on caring for the whole person, including how the brain interacts with the rest of the body. It’s never good when someone needs neurocritical care—but Dr Morgan enjoys providing the highest level of care and bringing comfort to people at some of the most critically sick times in their lives. Dr Morgan’s wife has been the biggest influence in his life and he continues to learn so much from her every day.

Tyler always wanted to be in a profession where he could serve his community. He gets excited about the opportunity to build genuine relationships with his patients and partner with them to achieve their health goals. Upon graduating from Duke University, Tyler moved back to the Kalamazoo area and married his wife, Tiffany. He is excited to be back in the Kalamazoo area, planting his roots and serving the community. Tyler credits his parents to being the biggest influences in his life. They emphasized servant leadership, compassion for others and integrity, and taught him to work hard every day.

The biggest influence in Charles' life has been his parents. The love and care they gave allowed Charles to become a compassionate care provider. His career path was driven by a combination of wanting to be able to help people in their time of need and intrigue with biology, chemistry and medical care. Charles enjoys the opportunity to help others and the unique challenges that every patient provides. He is also graced with an exceptional team. In his free time, Charles enjoys spending time with family and friends and coaching his children in their sporting activities. I strive to help every patient understand their individual and specific medical issues. By doing this it fosters a patient-provider relationship.
