Did not receive any care, arrived early for my appt loaded on antibiotics and painkillers only to be told my insurance will no longer be accepted. Wife talked me into paying all out of pocket....

So, wife was referred by our primary dentist , to the Traverse City office. In the beginning seemed like all would be well. We choose the recommended service. Our insurance did not cover 100%...

Absolutely incompetent when dealing with insurance issues. Only to be told repeatedly that they had "staff changes" and a year later still dealing with bills.
