Dr. Kurzawa provides total care for the entire family and emphasizes health maintenance. Individuals are treated as a total person to balance patient's medical problems with their overall health. I encourage patient's involvement in their own care and provide a base to assist in coordination of all health problems. In addition to my Board Certification in family medicine, I have additional certification in geriatric medicine. Dr. Kurzawa was voted Best FP in Macomb County 2010 by readers of the Macomb Daily.
