Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility is a long-term care facility with more than 100 beds. It provides physical therapy services, including gail and balance training, motion programs, assistive device and prosthetic training, strengthening exercises, pain management and neuromuscular facilitation. The occupational therapy includes assistance in activities of daily living, work simplification education and home management, coordination, fine motor skills, using adaptive equipment and energy conservation training. It offers speech therapy services, including cognitive retraining, verbal expression training, comprehension, swallowing therapy, articulation and aural rehabilitation. It has three vans with wheelchair lifts to transport residents for medical appointments. It offers a serenity suite for residents and family members when the resident condition is critical and terminal care is being provided.
