Ordered 12 piece tenders and got 9. 8 is the next smallest size so they obviously knew they were a screwing me. The owner that parks out front with the expensive BMW M5 needs to figure it out...

The WORST KFC I've ever visited. The food was inconsistent, the Manager, Thania was a mouthy smart ass and was rude to customers including me. This is a new store (#K580010) located at 9689 E M 36...
