Kim chose audiology because of the importance hearing plays in our lives. She enjoys learning about her patients and helping them solve each of their unique challenges. Kim has a special interest in working with children and their families. She also has an interest in staying up to date on hearing technology and working with the latest devices. Her biggest influence in life has been her husband. He has always encouraged her to follow her career goals even when at times it meant sacrificing time away from family. Kim is a member of both the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology. In her free time, Kim volunteers with the Kiwanis Club in Kalamazoo and is a board member of the St.

Erin chose audiology because she loves helping people and believes everyone should have access to the communication styles needed to stay connected with their communities. Drawing from personal experience with hearing loss, Erin finds fulfillment in helping her patients with hearing aids, improved communication strategies and other means that help them enhance their ability to engage with others. Family has been the biggest influence in Erin's life, supporting her and encouraging her career path. Their sacrifices have motivated her to excel in her field.
