We order here often. And rare is the time some detail is not wrong. Tonight, 2 sandwiches which after the $5 tip totaled $30. The plain tuna slim on wheat bread came on bread that was burned....

I ordered my sandwich the young lady who prepared it repeated it back to EXACTLY how I ordered it then when I got home to eat it it wasn't made the way I asked.

This is by far my favorite Jimmy's around. I'll go in and order for my whole office, I'm always asked if I need a box (which I always do). The staff is super friendly and quick. Food is always on...
