I cannot say anything but good things about this place. I have an issue with anxiety and every time I get done with one of her classes, I feel so relaxed. It is hands down the best feeling possible!

I moved here last year from DC and had trouble finding a yoga studio I really liked. In harmony is hands down my favorite! Love the teachers, classes and workshops. Highly recommend.
