Called a week before our trip to ask about day passes to the spa (which online it said we needed to do) and when I asked they said that we could just come in and wouldn't book our reservation....

Met with a rude check in person. Not a hello or a welcome. It was I need a license and credit card. Got to our room and the room is dingy, stained up carpeting and gross.
