Gary Edward Gardner, P.C.

For 25 years, Gary Gardner has been an active litigation attorney. On average, Gary has been to court at least once a day - everyday since his admission to the bar. Gary was appointed as a special master in the Wayne County Circuit Court, where for 1 1/2 years he heard personal protection order cases. As a trained family law mediator, Gary understands the process of a divorce, and is involved in post-judgment litigation as they are undergoing. Gary is the founder and first president of the Wayne County Family Law Bar Association. In addition to family law, Gary has experience in district court matters, including drunk driving, assault, larceny cases, landlord tenant, collection matters, and traffic cases.
