Dr Johnson enjoys the balance that otolaryngology offers—seeing patients of all ages and backgrounds with a wide range of concerns, from minor issues to complex conditions. He appreciates that the solutions can vary just as much, involving both medical and surgical treatments. Dr Johnson chose a career in medicine because it combines his interests in both surgery and managing medical conditions, especially those involving complex anatomy. He finds inspiration and motivation each day from the challenge of caring for patients and helping them in the best way possible. Outside of his clinical practice, Dr Johnson enjoys general otolaryngology and has volunteered his time assisting at local food banks.
