Its facilities include more than 90,000- square-foot main building with electrical service. Its in-house calibration includes micrometers, calipers, gage pins, height gages and dial indicators. Phoenix Composite Solutions has an in-house test laboratory that provides various services, including tensile data acquisition, impact testing, metal alloy identification, hardness testing and material coupon moisture conditioning. Its metal working capability includes machine lathe, Bridgeport machining centers, spot welding, belt grinders, arbor presses, and band and cutoff saws. Additionally, it provides design and repair services using post failure mode design, multiple structures and flame resistant materials. Phoenix Composite Solutions is located in Oscoda, Mich.
