Dr Robert Urbanic's Office

Matthew Kohlenberg, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. Dr. Kohlenberg has clinical interests in adolescent medicine, smoking cessation, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and asthma/COPD. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Physicians.

Jeffrey Chiambretti, DO, is board-certified in the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Chiambretti is also a graduate from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Kelly Roberts, CNP is a certified nurse practitioner. Kelly earned her masters as a primary care pediatric nurse practitioner from Wayne State University College of Nursing. Kelly's clinical interests are childhood obesity, nutrition and well child care.
