We stopped in because my sister has a membership. It costs $20 for a guest pass, which is pretty steep for a day pass. One of the big draws is that they have two different pools--one for laps...

Updated to say- we've never had an issue with Dexter. Everyone here has been lovely and kind with phenomenal customer service.
