Of the 3 elevators 2 were broken. It took 30 mins to get down to the lobby. The rest is very subpar and expensive. The hotel is next to the highway so it's kind of noisy at night. It needs some...

This is a great location for a hotel. Also we found the staff here to be very helpful especially Carla and Jackie in the Concierge Lounge. They really try to make your stay a rewarding experience....
