Location! So close to Pine Knob Theatre that you can walk there. Sidewalk goes all the way there. Clean! Brand new hotel and squeaky clean. Comfortable! I am picky about my mattress. I like it...

We stayed there on 8/2/24. The service was terrible. They actually booked us into a room where they knew the door did not lock and told us there was no recourse or remedy when we pointed it out....

Great stay...thin walls or just a loud snorer! My kids and I stayed here after the wedding to head out for home. It's close by the wedding venue. This is a newer hotel. I think about a year...

Overpriced for what it is. The man at the front desk should not be employed, by anyone. The staff made the stay regrettable
