Dr. Odom is an Associate Director at the UM Health-Sparrow/Michigan State University Family Medicine Residency Program. She has a passion for training future family physicians especially in the areas of patient doctor communication and whole person care. She cares for patients and families across the spectrum of life. Dr. Odom is skilled in managing chronic illnesses and supporting preventive health care.

Alexis Phillips, NP, is a Nurse Practitioner with UM Health-Sparrow. She became a Nurse Practitioner because it satisfies both her want to make a positive impact in the world and her fascination of the human body. Alexis loves everything about being a Nurse Practitioner from gathering all of the information to developing a plan of care with her patients and everything in between. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, crocheting, and spending time with her French Bulldog named Winston.
