Barrister Gardens Banquet Center, in business for more than 25 years, specializes in a variety of functions including wedding receptions, showers, corporate events, dinner parties, cocktail receptions, social gatherings, theme parties, reunions, school fund raising, political events, holiday and employee parties. The center also does catering for seminars as well as outdoor catering. Open seven days a week, its ballrooms can accommodate more than 1,000 guests. Barrister s wedding package includes a reception for six hours, open bar, complimentary bottle of champagne, deluxe hors d' oeuvres tables, cake, host or hostess, ice sculptures and valet parking. Fresh vegetable crudite, assorted imported and domestic cheese, assorted canapes, prosciutto and melon, hummus and tabouleh, Mediterranean olives, deviled eggs and chilled jumbo shrimp crowns are some of the items on its menu.
