Rented there for 2 years, then got bought by All Secure, they jacked rent from $925 to $1200 per month with 1 month notice. Called to ask them about it, and they would give $50 off per month down...

Our company rents a space here as a satellite office and we love it. The rent is very reasonable and the landlord is very friendly, and attentive. He is usually on site in case there are any...
