Told us the order would take 5 to 6 minutes. We waited for over 30 minutes. I heard him tell multiple people after us the same "story". Update to add when we finally got the order, they were raw...

Amazing spot, I was passing by picking up stuff for work. Great hot food pretzels and ice creams, literally the only spot in Worcester
