Service was almost non-existent and food was bland and seemed stale. It was convenient to my hotel, but I wish I had just gotten door dash instead.

Understaffed. Service was so slow. After a long travel day we wanted to have a drink and bites but it took forever to take our order and then 40 minutes for a simple order to arrive.
