I recently ordered heating oil from Trojan since they had one of the lowest oil prices currently and they would deliver the next business day...bonus!...since I was at about 1/8th of a tank....

This business is perfectly fine with letting people freeze while they try to up-sale a new oil tank they themselves inspected just a few years ago. My tank doesn't leak it's not rusting.
