The Holyoke Creative Arts Center ( Center ) at the end of I-391 in Holyoke is an adult learning center dedicated to the instruction of home arts and crafts. We are located behind the South Street Plaza at 400 South Elm Street. Our main entrance and parking is at the rear of the plaza.
