Long wait times, never anyone working the actual drive through, have to wait between tellers helping customers inside. Always long wait times.

Cannot stand that everytime I come to this branch to use either the drive up ATM or the one inside it is ALWAYS DOWN!! That's a problem and I would think someone would work looking into why that...

I have never been a member of a bank that allows its ATM to be out of service as much as this location. I chose this bank because of its convenient location. A choice that I see was a mistake

This has got to be the worst bank around. Tellers are unfriendly, customer service reps do not call you back. The bank manager is rude. Don't bother calling the toll free customer service...
