South Shore Mental Health Center

Founded in 1986, the South Bay Mental Health Center serves children, adolescents, adults and families throughout Massachusetts. It maintains a staff of more than 450 employees. The community-based center offers a range of outpatient mental health care services. The South Bay Mental Health Center provides counseling solutions in matters related to substance abuse. It offers individual, group, couple and family therapies. The center also provides psychological testing, diagnostic assessment, medication management, and crisis intervention and emergency services. The South Bay Mental Health Center administers dual diagnosis and partial hospital programs. It operates Attleboro Mental Health Clinic and Fall River Early Intervention. The center maintains The Trauma Institute of South Bay Mental Health.
