Apparently lost order and not return call to follow up. Got flowers the very late the next day with no notice. Never received receipt to email. Had to verify order thru credit card company.

You will not get anything close to what you pick out online! Theor policy states that there may be substitutions but the entire arrangement was different than depicted. Avoid using them!!
