Bagels, cc, and lox are always fresh and delicious. My husband makes the bagel run, and sometimes finds staff abrupt. But not offended enough to give up their bagels!

Solid take out only bagel shop in Newton. They have a parking lot but it's very limited. Inside is straightforward, nothing fancy and no tables to eat at. I ordered a poppy seed bagel with cream...

Dear god, I am so over this place. For the longest time, they had the Newton bagel market cornered. But their customer service is SO DISMAL that I would rather simply not eat bagels than go there....
