Always great to shop here in Springfield's store. Rebecca in the grooming department is fabulous, Reid the general manager is great, prices are very good. So glad they came to my neighborhood.

Has everything for a pet lover. Cashier was very nice. The store was nice and clean. I saw a very large dog being bathed and he looked really happy.

Fairly large well stocked store. Pets allowed and staff always pleasant. Clean-hard to do with animals coming in and out daily.
