Paul Mastrocola, ATTY - Burns & Levinson

Tom Reith litigates and manages nationwide complex commercial litigation for companies ranging from Fortune 100 companies to family-owned businesses. He has experience in an array of industries including banking, commercial real estate, construction, government contracts, professional services and technology. Though a litigator by training, Tom views litigation as a last resort.

Dr. Nancy Costigliola is a technical specialist in the Intellectual Property group of the firm's Boston office. Her work involves patent preparation and prosecution in the field of biotechnology, including molecular biology, cell biology, bioengineering, and biological therapeutics. Prior to joining Burns & Levinson, Nancy was an imaging research scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals.

Greg is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. He has represented a range of clients, from large corporations to start-ups and individuals, in complex business disputes in state and federal court. Greg also works in alternative dispute resolution, allowing him to resolve matters for his clients as efficiently as possible while keeping an eye towards the client's end goal.
