We found this small sushi place on Yelp. The lobster rolls were fantastic, a little on the small side. Cost $57 including two rolls, one Coke, and tax. It's the going rate. I'd come back.

Very fresh and great prices! Their lunch special Monday-Friday (open-3pm I believe) was incredible - 2 Simple Rolls and 2 sides for $17, + $3 to add Miso Soup. Can't beat it! the ambience itself...
