Neurologists of Cape Cod

Sean Horrigan, DO has been affiliated with Cape Cod Hospital since 2010 and is a member of Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod and of Cape Cod Preferred Physicians. He is a graduate of University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME and did a residency in internal medicine at University of Massachusetts Memorial Health Center in Worcester, MA, and a residency in neurology at the same institution. He completed a fellowship in neurophysiology at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. Among Dr. Horrigan's clinical interests are neuromuscular diseases, epilepsy, movement disorders, dementia, Parkinson's disease, migraine headaches, stroke, and neuropathy.

James McCarthy, MD has been affiliated with Cape Cod Hospital since 1975. He is a member of Cape Cod Preferred Physicians and Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod. Dr. McCarthy is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He attended medical school at University of Vermont School of Medicine in Burlington, VT and did his residency at Medical Center Hospital of Vermont in Burlington. He completed a fellowship at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, MA. Dr. McCarthy's clinical interests include Alzheimer's disease, Headache disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and Seizure disorders.
