Patti is a fully certified PMA- CPT Pilate's instructor as well as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and ACE Certified Health Coach, who will help you design a personal fitness program that meets your needs. Patti not only has a comprehensive knowledge of the Pilates Method, but also able to communicate that information effectively making it easier to learn the technique.
