National Telecommuting Institute

The National Telecommuting Institute (NTI) is a non-profit organization based in Boston, MA, dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and their caregivers. Since 1995, NTI has been providing free training, job coaching, and job placement assistance through their NTI Home program, as well as offering work support reimbursement payments and self-paced training classes for working SSDI and SSI beneficiaries through their LandAjob Services.

NTI believes that all it takes for a disabled person to thrive in their job is a chance, the right position, and perhaps a small accommodation. They offer various partnership types for inclusive employers of work-at-home jobs, and are approved Employment Networks (ENs) in the Social Security Administration's Ticket to Work program.
