Founded in 2012 by James Beard Award-winning chef Irene Li and her two older siblings, Mei Mei has since transformed into a Dumpling Factory, Cafe, and Classroom under the leadership of Irene and Babson MBA graduates Alyssa Lee and Annie Campbell. With over 5000 students taught in-person and virtually, Mei Mei offers dumpling classes where participants can learn the art of handmade dumplings from scratch.
