It offers a wide variety of programs and services, including information and referral, state home care, Meals on Wheels, family caregiver and support, protection, money management, long-term care ombudsman, outreach and volunteer services. The agency s family caregiver support program serves elderly people of more than 60 years and provides in-home visits, assessments, care plans, crisis intervention and financial assistance services.
