My general civil practice has 3 areas of concentration: Debt/Credit Issues including, but not limited to; consumer and business Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and reorganization including debt adjustment of Chapter 13, asset protection planning, collection problems, work out solutions; Family Law Issues including, but not limited to; simple wills, health care proxy, power of attorney, probate and estate administration, divorce and related issues of custody, visitation, support and modification, the interrelationship of divorce and bankruptcy; Real Estate Issues including, but not limited to; selling or buying real estate or condominium, residential and commercial landlord/tenant issues, declaration of homestead, home inspection issues and leases.
