HistoryThe Studio is a bright, airy, and fully equipped barre, yoga and pilates studio founded by Molly Lindbergh and built by Paul Overgaag, two Massachusetts locals with backgrounds in both fitness and hospitality. Molly is a local fitness instructor who noticed a common trend in the current group exercise environment - a lack of inspiration. After being told to use pre-selected music, to read scripts instead of creating choreography based on technique, and to wear specific clothing or uniforms to teach - she decided to take it upon herself to create a studio that was built with originality, entrepreneurship and inspiration at its core.
