I returned shoes to the Hyannis store, and forgot to take my Dr Schol's inserts out. When I had called they said the shoes have already been shipped back to HQ, but said they would work on it....

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The "Associates" here believe they are above the customers (when in all reality they are retail sales associates) and ignore everyone when they walk in/are shopping....
