I wouldn't say this hotel was all terrible but it wasn't great. Downsides were definitely the stains on the pullout couch mattresses, my sisters family and mine both stayed in the family suites...

Clean comfortable rooms. Location is great and central to cape cod. the Caribbean restaurant on site is delicious.
