We welcome people of all ages...and recognize the individual as their best health resource and so, strive to assist individuals, families and community in achieving whole health and well being through active client involvement and education. We offer monthly lectures and/or workshops on various topics, and feel the best way to compliment conventional medicine is to add some alternative methods to achieve ultimate health. We also offer the only Yoga Alliance approved teacher training program on Cape Cod. It's owned and run by Diane Kovanda along with her experienced staff. In this comprehensive training, you will study many aspects of Hatha Yoga.
